Yes, that's how i had it on my old 600NSP
seems to allow neater and easier mounting of everything from memory.

Hi Mike,
I have my Rx on the sloping side (top), reg is underneath, battery on the side.. some setups have the battery on the bottom and reg on the side.. and i used to have the battery on the top and the Rx on the side..

Edders I machine a plastic T which I mount under the original bit at the front
on it I put reg one side and battery the other.
this gives me room for the Flybarless controller and gov and receiver up top.
On my other model I run the 611 control unitCheers Paul
