  • align 3g for 600 heli

I Have two of these now One i purchased from raptorheli2 and one i purchased myself from fast lads
I got the second one from the guy above and have never fitted it .It was an impulse purchase at the time as it seemed they were the best thing ever when i first fitted one .
Now after much playing with it i feel its not really my thing and will revert to flybars.

What are they worth now and is there much interest for them used.
I dont see so many for sale on here so they are either not so popular or no one sells them once they have them

    Let me know.
    thanks

Can you describe what it was that made you want to go back to flybars?

        I can indeed.

I am finding the 3g system a little bit unpredictable in the way it works.
I had a failed main bearing which induced a vibration that almost caused a very bad crash.
I understand it was the vibration on the gyro causing the system to put in full aileron deflection THIS WHEN THE HELI IS ON THE GROUND IS BAD.

I feel the 3G system or any other electronic stabilisation systems do take considerable more care to keep running than what we have come to regard as standard heli systems.

A failure on the helicopter has the possibility of inducing a lack of control which i feel uncomfortable with at the moment.

Maybe in the future all helis may become flybarless but at the moment its in its infancy stages and not something a learner should be or can handle with limited knowledge of helis.
If any one wants one or knows of someone in the market for a 600 version black head or sliver let me know

          Hi,

I am still learning but the 3G still appeals to me.. I know theres mixed reviews on this system but I'm still willing to give it a go.. could you PM me what you'd like for the Silver version? Thank you.
