Mainshaft runout?

I've just dialed my 700 mainshaft (after my crash yesterday) and with the ends on V blocks, dial near the shaft collar, there's 5 thou runout. Would you replace it?
Having never dialed a new one, I'm not sure if it'd be any better!
I'm going to order a new one anyway, but was just wondering if that's within Align's normal tolerance?

(Rob (Kwickkwack) I just measured the new ones and they are only 0.01mm out of true, so my old one is in the bin )
