I'm going to be a pain now... if a fan is not balanced but it has been dialed.. wouldnt a unbalanced fan still cause "wobble" and lead to vibrations? Also, lets say, I dialed in.. Both the clutch bell assembly and the fan but if mated the parts incorrectly, wont this ruin the work I just done and still cause vibes again?

(Sorry!) How do you dial the clutch with everything sitting in the heli? Do you remove the main gears and engine bearing block to do so?

, as a few people have said its normal now!.. gutted I spent hours and nearly £100 on parts and tools trying the git rid off it!!
