      Heli is happy......lol
HAve you made sure the servo is not binding in its travel, i.e. the tail slidder is not running tight on the output shaft

99.9% of the time it is mechanical mate, check all your connection though and check the pad, make sure the gyro is nice and secure

Another check on those boom supports
wouldnt go a miss either mark.
Been there myself only takes one to be
slightly loose and thr heli lets you know
            about it.

Dont know if its been suggested Mark but have you overtightened any of the screws on the tail assembly causing binding? Disconnect the pushrod from the tail and make sure its silky smooth.

Adie, we all stopped putting posters on our walls years ago! (Are yours Take That ones?)

Ah yes the pins can shear in the supports and that would cause a wag, check the supports

I've just put the 3G on my Trex 700. It flew great apart from a slight bobble at high speed. Then last sunday the tail started twitching (10 degree kick.). It seems the align pads are next to usless, so I've been advised to put a piece of 3M double sided foam tape, a plate then a sparton pad. Apparently the 3G unit likes to be firm. So I,m following this thread with interest.

The other things I've done. Changed rudder servo from 8900G to the Align 650., and a bigger TX pack 3800 and a set of Edge flybarless blades

Boom supports are all good, learned that from Petes and Martins troubles of old.

Everything is nipped fairly tight on the tail but all seems smooth and ive had it apart so many times now it would have flagged i reckon.

My 600 is running the same tail set up and all good.

When did you last change your engine bearings ???
Every time my bearings are on there way out I get a tail wag.
I'd put money on this being your problem mate
these new mems sensors pick up the slightest vibe problem
                                hope this helps
by the way my original hz bearings lasted 60 odd flights , this latest set less than 20 But it had not been used for a couple of months which probably didn't help.
                                Cheers
