... and exceeds all expectations. It's very accurate, no bounce.
The short (8 mm) servo arms seem to work very well, even though I'm using the stock Align blades.

    Looks good!

The shorter arms on my 450 to 10mm seems to have done wonders to it aswell. Still a little bit of bounce, but acceptable for me.. and also just using very cheap blades.

I also had a go on a 700fbl but with the 3g system that belongs to one of the DMHC members today and it flew very well indeed in standard config.

He was using 710`s and had the gains around 9 o clock.

Changed my mind on it i must say, very impressed.

Glad you were impressed Chris. I too was rather suprised at how nice it flew. Yeah the Elevator bounce is there with the 690's but pretty much gone with the 710's.

My first impression is positive. From out of the box to getting in the air was pretty straight forward. I dont think its to everyones likeing, and some will find that the characteristics of a FB heli and the FBL are too differenet for them to adapt.

I am looking forward to hearing reports on the Edge dedicated FBL blades.

            Aidi.

I can answer your request mate.

I was using the SAB 710mm Red Devils until today when I tried the new latest and greatest Edge FBL 693mm blades.

            One word.

            Awesome.

If you think using the 710 blades (like I did) almost sorted the elevator bounce out then try these.

Totally transformed the heli into a wicked insane machine to fly.

60mm cord and very stiff blade weighing 180 grams each, All in all perfect with no bogging, Not that it did bog anyway.

They have certainly got these right for the FBL system.

Align now need to address the situation with similar blades.

Edge. Now my favourite blades on the FBL heli.

gazza has a video to follow of my flight using these blades today.

            Hopefully uploaded soon.
