New canopy on the NSP

Unfortunatley,my fusano in my avatar is rubbing on the servo wheels so i popped in quick uk on my route and picked up the 'Molly' canomod canopy

What you think?

Put the white skid struts on it,looks nice,cant wait to see it in the air

Had the dremmel on it already as the canopy sits directly above the nipple on the outrage55 pipe.

Theres another canomod canopy i have my eye on for the LE

Fast Lad should do a scheme where you can put different canopys on all models to see what your heli will look like....like they do with alloy wheels for cars

Quite badly m8,its pitted the inside of the canopy and slightly worn the wheels!

I moved the stand offs,took em off and even moved the mounts,still rubbed

look at all that oil on the floor, if it was a leccy you could have it in the lounge

Shame about the rubbing Nick, that canopy looked great in the air. Still, the new one looks fine too.

hmm i've got a fusuno v2 on my 600 le and its not rubbing.. i think its just where you drill the holes to move the canopy mounts because it is close!

Awesome looking canopy. I have never seen such a deep shadow effect, it's amusing to look at!

Bish,you are correct,unfortunatly,the canopy is second hand and the holes are put where they should be for a canopy,nowhere left to drill new ones unless i fix up the old ones,then it would look naff.

The holes would be close to the edge of the canopy if done,another option would be to raise up the canopy 5-8mm on the skid grip at the front

I will get it to fit as i love it for the grey,moody days
