Don't worry. The power out of the motor is the same. There is less drag on the rotor head from the loss of the flybar, so you have more the motors power available to fly the heli.
There cannot be any more force on the gear. In fact until you demand the power by applyng extra pitch there is actually less force on the gear - in the hover the gear is not turning the drag of the flybar so it has less force on it!
