Electronics placement on 700LE

Hi Guys, can some of you that are using the supplyed electronics with their 700LE post some pictures of how you positioned your please.

Also, are you all using the switch on the 2in1 for your power switch at the field, and leaving the battery plugged in? And I remember reading that some people changed their power wires and plug/socket from the lipo to the 2in1 with better quality silicon wire/deans. Have you done yours?

Also is everyone chopping off the original plug/socket and replacing with deans?

Don't read too far into things Rob. I have had zero problems with the stock wire.

Its all personal preference mate, I use Dean's on everything so that's why mine has them.

Nice and simple.... no fuss and all standard electrics utilised. Less is more IMO

I'd actually be more concerned about the rainbow coloured ribbon cable as I reckon it's pretty fragile so definitely be careful how you route it, or consider putting some braiding on it (which does involve unscrewing the switch box case in order to unplug the cable and is a bit fiddly to reassemble). I've not had any problems with the 2-in-1 cable -what is the issue with it? I'm going to stick with the stock connector on my 700 as I just think Deans are a bit bulky with wire of that size.

The stock connectors don't fasten tight enough... Hence Richard H who fly's with us had an expensive crash with his due to the stock connector coming apart in flight.

He uses Deans now and no more trouble.

That is a nice tidy job... I'm gonna give the rx wire protection using the fuel line a go... looks like clunk line which i have some of.

I do like the Rx on top like that and batterys below. Is that 2 Align lipo's linked together? How does the heli balance with the weight of 2 up front?
