  • My 600 & 700 LE set up.

Just decided on the setup for my 600 & 700 LE Flybarless, what's your thoughts?

    Outrage 5000, 7.4V lipo.
    Spektrum 7100 RX.
    Aerospire Multigov.
    Align Flybarless system.
Align 650 on the tail on 5.1/6.0 Volt.
Align 610 on cyclic and throttle on 7.4/8.0 Volt.

    What do you think?

Nice, I would use a BLS 251 on tail and maybe a lighter batt cos CoG is important in this FBL set up.

Yeah, I agree with Ben... That batt might be a bit too heavy for the 700..

Have been using the Outrage 5000mAh lipo on my 700's Arwel.

Too heavy if you are concerned about C of G.

Changed mine to lighter packs mate.

With the FBL systems you do have to set the CoG or they wont work correctly

Great, thanks for your advice. I have noticed that the heli needs to be slightly nose down on CG.

Reason I'm using the 650 is because I have a couple spare Is 5.1v the same as 6.0v?

              Yes.!!!

Chris Barrow posted the instructions this morning and they say balance must be as close as possible but leaning towards the nose if any.

No and if I had a good spare servo then I would use it too unless I really really wanted another.
