I like the 401 and it works well with the S9254. When, sorry, I'll be more realistic, if my flying ever improves, I might venture for an upgrade. Wonder what will be the dogs bo££ocks in 2020??????????

I have seen a 600 running a 401 being thrashed about at our club and it still stopped dead on the fastest multiple rotation stall turn piroette I have ever seen. It surprised me TBH!

Never got on with them, never held, got tired of setup, too expensive, over-rated. CSM 720, British, better, fit and forget, consistent! I'd rather fit nothing than a 401. It's a gyro for the past and it's been far surpassed, even by e-flite. For Gods' sake the MSR gyro is better

I like both gyros but personally prefer the consistent piro rate on the GP750.
Its much easier to set up and you can get exact travel both sides of the tail.

I swapped my 750 to my 600 and could'nt get it to stop wagging(only very slightly) so I put the 401 back in and it held better than ever must have sensed i was giving it another chance. Im happy with 401 on my 600 now and the 450pro with the 750 on always had a slight wag too. Erm its just occured to me maybe the gyro is either set up incorrectly or its faulty.

only wags in a hover and stops in flight any ideas?

                      Sorry guy's
Thinking of selling my Gy611 for a gp750
I already sold my 401 of the 450 to put a gp750 on it.
401's don't like fast backwards or falling
I must admit the gy611 feels nicer but to much money and not having a 6v servo is a worry
Got used to the gp 750 fast

I have seen on the align site that there is a gp780
                      any details on the differance

Lots of people love to bash align products but most still fly them
                      Cheers Paul

Are you setting up with zero pitch,750's prefer no pitch,i found the one 401 ive owned needed 6/7 degrees.

750's on all my heli's,love em,especially with the 650 on the NSP

Well, having put two tanks thru my 600 this morning, with the newly installed GY401, I must say I'm glad I did what I did.

After tweaking the gain in the radio the tail is pretty much now doing exactly what I want it to.

Thanks Mark. Hope you have the same success with the GP750!
