you will need another channel to run the align gov as you can only set it with endpoints, if you want to keep the dx6i you'll need to buy a revloc as they allow manual settings, congrats on the new heli though i'm sure you'll love it

Guys another question for you. Im gonna order a new TX today or tomorrow, was gonna go for a DX7 but have stumbled across the Aurora 9. Anyone have one or can advise me which to go for ? The Kit bundle of TX/RX and 4 servos is a little more for the Aurora buy about £30 from what i can see. All my other heli's use Spektrum recivers but im not too worried about that if i went for the Aurora as i will just keep using my DX6i for the others. But obviously if i got a DX7 it can all be on one.

I love your girlfriend! Hang on to that one - they don't come around often!

Enjoy the build - you'll have lots of fun and don't be afraid to ask what you may see as dumb questions. You'll get honest answers here for sure.

hi i would personally go for the dx7 set instead of the hitec set. there is nothing wrong with the hitec set but id say its pointless when all your other helis are on spektrum its just better to use one tx for all your models.

            Top prezzie mate..... lucky guy.

You will love the 700LE.... its awesome and works so well straight out the box with all the included gear. Mine is totally stock and runs a 91HZ non pumped and hatori pipe.

Cheapish servo on the throttle is fine... it needs to be digital though.

Get a DX7 IMO.... does what it says on the tin and others will be able to help with its set up if needed as so many people use them for good reason.

Lush heli..... really can't fault mine

              First build problem

On page 10 of the manual it shows a frame mounting block at the back that holds the tail control arm. It shows it as if the notch should fit into the hole in the frame. Mine wont, its only possible to fit it by installing it with the notch facing inwards on the heli? The physical hole in the frame wont allow it in.

Here is the offending piece ive put in on the only way it will fit, but the manual shows the lump at top should be facing the other way into the frame.

sorry mark, disagree, you need to put it in the other way mate, if it is tight just file the piece down a bit, or the frames a bit, they can be a bit tight sometimes

No your right mate.... just had a look at the heli, thought he meant the block on the outside

Looked right by the piccie but it is the wrong way round

                          I wouldn't trust a 50 on a DX6i that alone a 90 machine.....

the battery set up on the DX6i is enough for me to say upgrade the Tranny and fit a bloody good RX

What plugs do i need for the OS Max 91HZ??

Im gutted today as i ordered the extra bits i needed on sunday next day delivery, so expected them to be sent out today. Maybe they are not so "fast" after all
