So,after my 'incident' with my 600 as in the TT end snapping in the tail i thought i would order a spare,i fitted another green TT that came with the heli when i got it and my parcel from FL has just turned up so i thought i would check the TT ends and noticd straight away they have changed the design,theres no pins holding the ends in

So,is this a sign that a few TT's failed like mine did?

Anyone trashed a new one yet(black) who can tell me how they are constructed?

Same question came up on HF many weeks back I think it was the 600 forum. Aligns reply was they are now making the tubes in a way pinning is no longer need. It may have been the fitting is threaded into the tube.

Think i will put the new one in and order another,spose the pin abolishment means that part is now stronger

Also makes it easier to change the tt bearing

True,but my money is on the bearing lasting longer than the TT for me
