I was just thinking the same thing Tim. Only the fact his previous helis have cost more than a small island has he held back. Now he has a 700 he is gonna let rip! James better watch his back............

You should have had a go with it before I dumped it in the mud Mark.

One thing for sure you will like flying it.

Mark' im struggling to keep up with your heli collection what's wrong with the 600 with the OS55 'not enough power' so needed to move up to 700! hope that wasn't the reason as I'll be ordering my OS55 very soon.
Today's outlook is fine for flying.

Not at all mate!.... the 55 rocks and has made my Vibe the heli it should be

I have my dream fleet now and the 700 was a very considered purchase. The truth is i need to crack on and improve my flying and i don't want to hurt my Vibes this winter. They have gone in the attic and will be "sold back to myself" in the spring when i'm good enough to fly them without the stress of binning my babies everytime i fly.

The 700 and i are to become best mates over the next few months while i concentrate on flying and flying alone. I have all the toys i ever dreamed of..... now i'm gonna get good at this if it kills me

You have to be really fit to race. Fitness isn't so important when just riding for fun as you can cruise to have a breather. No chance of that in a 25 minute flat out battle against the track, the bike, and 39 other loonies all thinking the same thing!! Then do that three times a day!!

Tbh though the helis give me a similar satisfaction as racing without the aching body and risk of doing myself in!!

Anyway, back on topic. (sorry for the hijack mark!)

Sorry Mark did mean to put it as your Vibe the 600's mine which is what the OS55 is going in.
700 is a great heli as a couple at the field have-em, Im absolutely amazed at the skills they've gained from them in such a short time.

I think thats it. I'm very close to getting to the stage where i'm confident in my abilities and can go for new moves i know in the back of my head i can do.

James got there about 6 months ago and its a whole new level allowing for much quicker progression.

The heli you fly makes little difference really IMO, its just whether you comfortable going for it and i have not been with my SG as its just too expensive to bin Amazing heli but will be benched till parts are more available and i'm less likely to stuff it
