  • Removing fuel bung!!

Question for the Trex 600 experts.

Is there a simple way of removing the fuel bung in the main tank, or is my method of 'pulling very hard' the only way.

    Cheers

    Mark

Don't think there is an easy way, I tend to also rock it in a circular motion whilst pulling very hard

For Petes' sake guys the man needs help. I pull mine out with an exaggerated back and forth movement with one hand whilst pulling it with the other. It's putting it back in to such a tight hole that gets a sweat going.

When putting the bung back, put plenty of spit around the rubber, it helps it seat better. Sounds just as perverted as the other posts, but it also works.

Yep, all fuel tubing now replaced Steve.

Hope this solves the Redline's random leaning problem.

However, the old tubing seems fine although I did take Cali30's advice and cut a slit on the end of the clunk to prevent it sucking to the side wall. (Have fun with those quotes chaps)

                              Cheers
