pretty easy job to do i kept the trex washout and bottom arms so not affect phazing but from there up its velocity all links are set to max 3d the only thing is you need to adjust is where the centre stick to swash is as there is a difference in hight to the arms to the swash but its not hard to figure out , and to turn down the pitch range im useing +/-12 roll rate and filp rates are better and you can do cnsecutive staitionary flips and it just sits there and dont wander at all something i could never do with the standard head , its erly days yet but im likeing it so far , bonus is that i saved it when i ran out of fuel first time ive had to auto from an engine out , witnesses aswell , so all good

Any problems at full negative with the washout pins not being long enough and the washout base not being located correctly?
As I have read with the full Velocity 50 the washout pins could do with being abit longer. I guess you could get round this by lengthening the links between the CCPM bellcranks and the swash, which I think you imply that you did.
Cheers

once you centre the swash it needs to sit higher ie lenthen the rods to it its not a problem as the amount the swash moves is a lot less from full + to full - , im running +/- 12 with no trouble could prolly get more but i dont use any more than that so that was what i wanted it set at
should get more flying tomoro see how it goes

just a wee update not had time to realy try this head out this week , second chance i had the hyper started making noises a vibeing realy bad so that curtailed that (front bairing started to spin in the crank case not good wore out the crank case ) third chance i fitted my spare engine tt53 couple off flights to tune then started to push it thats when i noticed that no matter how hard i tryed i couldnt bog the engine so i tryed some tictocs being very hard on the pitch thats when it became cleer that the clutch was gone i could see the blades slowing down but no change in engine noise , oh well new clutch fitted just waiting for a chance to try it , as far as i can tell this head is faster and more acurate than the trex one and seems to loop and roll pretty strait compaired to the trex head

i had a wee shot of this today (a full tank, sorry davie, it was that good!) and it's definetely a nice upgrade for the 600. it is so much nicer than the 600 setup, it actually goes where you point it which is unknown for a 600.
well worth doing and i expect to see more doing this or atleast changing to the velocity.
cheers
