You need to check your liner clearance with a new clutch Mark or it may just break again. An easy sliding fit with 2 wraps of insulating tape on the shoe is about right.

The Quick UK one only drags with a brand new liner and it doesn't do it that much. It actually says to expect this in the instructions that come with it.

If it is opening that far sounds like you could do with a new liner too
I have to agree here. I'd put a new one in. Imagine it breaks, it will then probably cost you even more ? I'd consider the quick UK clutches.
Hope to see you Sunday mate.

To anyone that's interested. I wouldn't recommend the heavy duty quick UK clutch as mine binds and has done since the first day I got it.

                  Ok,

Took a closer look at the old clutch this morning and saw a hair line crack in one of the clutch arms. (thanks Rich)

So new one deffo going in.
                  Cheers Matt

As we discussed I'd do the liner too.
