  • Nitro Power..........

Im aggressive flyer running 20% nitro lately dont know if its me but seem to be lacking bit of power, engine seems all ok not overheating so wondering if perhaps I should be on 30% nitro what do you think.
Today's outlook is fine for flying.

I would go for 30% if you want to get the max power out of your engine. I've been on 30% since i started and i think the motors run better and smother on 30%.
    Cheers

I am thinking I should be on 30% but before my next fuel order wanted to see what others think.

Power is a big cover up for bad technique in many ways.
give an expert your heli and it will seem like it has a lot more power.

recently I was all set to rebuild one of my motors but after flying a bit more it seems OK and nearly as good as the better one. Collective management can work wonders.

Try rapicon 30%. it cost less than optignumcoolcat 20% delivered.

If you have no finesse and keep bogging you motor you could always fly electric...

30% fuel is better for power and the engine will also run cooler because u will need to richen it and if ur flying a 90 size heli with the 0s engine then u wi=ould really need to put another shim in the head.

the first thing to have a look at is the plug in the engine (is it coming to the end of its life?)

and has the weather changed since you last flew, it can make a big difference

Changed plug, clean carb & filters, soon as I land check each time to make sure not overheating mix screw is about 11/4 turns using 20% Opifuel.
