Just to chuck some more in teh pile of ways to wire out your 700, this is how mine has currently ended up. I might re-arrange the multigov / battery to sort out the COG.
There is a switch glow mounted on teh bottom of the servo tray.

Just a quick follow up for people who are interested. I finally tracked this vibrating problem down to the brand new Align pipe.Originally posted by beatnik View PostThere was also another rattling sound, if the heli was older I'd say it was like a bearing going. Right now I'm a little suspicious about the Align pipe. Thoughts are welcomed...
I didn't have another pipe to try but Matt at Midland Helicopters kindly lent me his MP5. After fitting this I found the vibration noise went away. They then offered to replace my Align pipe or let me upgrade. I really can't praise their service enough.
I decided to upgrade, but there isn't much choice on the market right now, especially because the exchange rate means Hatori pipes are now ~£150! In the end I went with a new range that Midland are stocking called "GP-Exhaust". They are made in Germany and seem to be extremely high quality. The website is here.
I went for the 389112 which is designed for the Trex 700 and OS91, it costs about £99. The pipe fits perfectly, sounds great and the power seems good (although I can't really compare it with any other pipes).
In conclusion I'm really please to sort this issue out, I finally had a proper day of flying with the 700 yesterday
I'd be interested to know if anyone else has any experience with the GP-Exhausts?
