Well it's worth trying the trim settings. Cyclock is worth a shot too. If it's not one thing it's another lol.

What about the quickuk swash plate. Do you reckon that would make any difference?

I wouldn't mind if it was only a slight problem but it really does go off as if I am putting a fair bit if stick movement to make it do what it is. Since I have only just progressed from normal flying around to 3d, I am thinking either my setup is wrong somewhere or something is wrong with my head on the 600.

I think I need my eyes testing afterall. Took the head of tonight and checked the swash. No play at all. Then checked the servos. 2 of them were slightly off 90 degrees so sorted them out. Reset the links to get all bellcranks 90 degrees. Then the head was totally out.

Everything is properly setup now so hopefully no problems when out flying next.

As I told you at the weekend it only takes a fraction of a servo arm or bellcrank to be out to cause this.

I'm sure if you play about enough and get the arms absolutely spot-on it will make the difference.

I have a spare Quick UK swash plate you can try if needed, They make a hell of a difference in flight believe me.

Its all money I know but your improving fast now and having your heli fly straight makes all the difference.

My 700 was perfect before I dumped it in the dirt not long ago, Then I rebuilt it and that did just the same as Richard's 600 is doing now.

Peeling off to the left in an inverted climbout.

I have got it very near perfect mechanically and dialled the rest out using the end points in the TX.

Fly's straight enough for me now.

It's all curable rich mate.
Both my 600 and 500 were doing it last week.

It's just a matter of getting the endpoint adjustment right on whichever servo needs it at full negative pitch.

Only took a few goes to sort both my helis.
As Tim says it only takes a fraction of a degree to send it one way or the other.
Imagine when you're hovering how little stick inputs you need to control the Heli.
Now tip it upside down and you've lost your low centre of gravity, namely the weight of the Heli hanging off the blades and the pendulum effect of the skids.
Plus as mentioned previously any trim you have dialled in for hovering will manifest itself into a fair amount of movement when climbing out inverted.
