Ive got 12 tanks through my 600 now and the last couple the head started feeling a little sloppy. I just took the dampers out and one is much more compressible than the other? Why is this? I just ordered some KBDD dampers as the stock ones are crap anyway but I just found that strange?

They are definitely shot, just weird how one has gone before the other

Not had the new one piece ones yet but using the tube/hards.
I would guess one blade is pulling the blade grip ascross to one side at high H/S compressing the opposite dampner. I've had a packet of overlong Spindles where there was a difference in length of about .5mm or more
I now shim up the lot till the blade grip bearings are just getting notchy and when pulling very hard on both grips simultaneously they JUST free off. It wobbles like a good un under 1800 for some time but eventually settles. Must be 200+ flights a set
With the long spindles I used two of the shims that goes between the blade grip bearings
hope thats of help
