Thanks Dave - another few weeks yet. Need to pick up the other stuff yet (starter, battery, power panel etc.)

I'm sure that when you do finally get there you're going to be impressed with how much stable and easier a 600 nitro is to fly. I sometimes think about ditching my nitro's when I haven't flown them for a while, because it's so much easier to grab an electric and go fly, but when I take my nitro's out I remember why I love them so much. Longer flying times and really stable birds

          Looking real nice Martin.

One little thing I did when I built mine - the rubber grips on your skid pipes, I put mine on the inside of the white landing skids. That way they won't fall off if they start working loose.

Bet you can't wait to maiden it.

Thanks for the tips and input guys.

I fitted the head today - only three screws to it but it's a physical progress thang!

Martin, remember to chop the aerial guides of the top side of the U/C struts. If not on your first arrival they will punch into the muffler

Well, after most of a day's work, the 600NSP is just about done!

The only thing left do do is fit an extension cable to the elevator servo, hook it up, protect and route the cable and, as the saying goes, "Job's a good 'un!"

It's been a fun build with no real issues, no cheese screws. Nothing.

Superb kit! Can't wait to fly her!

                        Looking good Martin.

When I was working over my raptor I replaced all the fuel lines and also installed fuel line clips on every joint as I didn't like the idea of just the tension in the plastic pipe holding them on.

Each to their own but I prefer the belt and braces approach. There only a couple of quid and well worth the peice of mind IMO..

                        Cheers

Nice job, Martin. Now, of course, we're all waiting for the obligatory maiden video.

So clean, no oily residue yet. I bet you wont be allowed to put in on that table once it's been flown.

Deffo look foward to maiden vid. Is someone from that heli mag coming to take pics of the maiden aswell??

                            So hows the 500 going??

                              Looks great, nicely built.
I found the tail guides slipped even though tried jamming a bit of tiewrap in them, plus the tail control rod flexed a bit much, I replaced with a 6mm carbon rod with quickuk ends, doesn't need supports and no flexing. if required I can post pic.
