600e pinion

Hi im building a 600e up and have got a scorpion 4025-890kv motor to go in it which will run on 8s. Just wondered if anyone knows where i can find a 15t pinion which fits on a 5mm shaft as the new align ones says they are for 6mm shafts

have you checked the mikado range, i'm sure i've got the 16t, but don't know how far down they go

Thanks i will have a look, also got to make sure the pitch of the teeth are the same.

yep, mikado do 15t 5mm shaft, you need mod 0.7 (thats the correct pitch)
real raptors are showing out of stock, you need to ring nhp/revolution models as they stock the entire range of spares, there very good on mikado.

take a look at a site called shaky sticks.. ive just build a 600esp on 8s with scorpion 740 motor...got a 17tooth pinion from him with good fast service.

by the way 8s is definately the way to go.

Thanks. I will have a look on his site. Went 8s as was told the 600 is a bit big for 6s and kills them off quickly
