  • Align T Rex 600 Plastic canopy fit?

After binning my 600 last Sunday and trashing my nice red/yellow Lightning FG canopy, amongst other things, I'm under pressure from the wife to cut down my expenditure on my heli's.
With this in mind I bought an Align T Rex 600 plastic canopy, I know it looks sucky but needs must, problem is it doesn't seem to want to fit with the rubber canopy supports in place at the front of the heli.
As staed it's an Align canopy not a pattern one so how come it doesn't fit, it looks to the same dimensions as the FG one which I didn't have a problem with, any ideas folk's?

It definetely said 600N on the packet on the packet, the electric one is much narrower than the nitro version but I appreciate the thought, I'm open to any suggestions at the moment.

Good thinking Batman, I may give moving the bracket forward a little a go as it's just slightly too tight as it is, thanks.
