    Sorry to hear of your bad luck Tom.

    BTW thats a great idea securing the connectors into the receiver in the picture that Barney posted.

    Will be following that route myself.

      If you have some another method is to thread fishing line through the gaps like the rod but go round twice through both gaps between the wires.

      I agree on the connectors. I have the flight tech and the dual sky regulator and without securing it is an accident waiting to happen.

      Bad luck you found out this way though.

        Well, unfortunately the freezer was the end of my pipe Was well worth a go though, thanks to all for the suggestion

          You could get someone to TIG the exhaust with aluminium.

          (Weld it) Could save £120.

            It might be worth a go.

            They might even make some copies to sell on, at £120 they are quite expensive.

              He most certainly could but I doubt the good looks of the pipe/heli will be gone after that.

              Agree about the savings though.
