Good job we bought the CNC block isn't Pete!
Looks like we'll be getting this next.
    When will it end?

Im still think the main problem is the mainshaft having only 2 x brg blocks.

The motor has relatively little force/leverage. Other than poor brgs and the plastic block distorting Its cured by a Metal block. The clutch block will also stiffen the frameset a bit but still not prevent the Main Rotor torquing through the mainshaft

Look at the leverage the blades have on it and the main gear is at the bottom below the lower brg block which acts like a seesaw pivot as the mainshaft being the lever.

Sideways tic tocs flex the frames across the Main gear opening. The pinion with metal block will no longer move sideways in opposition anymore so an improvement is to be expected. BUT the bit thats moving the most is the frames. A 3rd main brg block is whats required to complete the cure.
