  • Quick radius arm???

My 700 has been totally rid of any Align ball or link for a while, all apart from the two left on the swash for the radius arms that is. Is there a replacement for these arms out there? If not, why do Quick put them in the kit?

Good Question! I'd like to know the answer to that too.

No, they don't, these are the only two balls you have to leave as the original Align ones so you have to be careful if you have the links off the inner swash that you put them back on the right balls. Not sure if Quick UK ever intend to make the radius arms but I've not found it a problem.

The only thing that I am concerned about is that the quick balls are longer than the standard, so the links up to the mixing arms from the swash are further out from the swash than the radius arms. Unsure if this will affect anything though.

          Cheers

Then you've fitted the wrong balls, the Quick UK balls for the swash are the same length as the original Align balls, the Quick UK kit comes with long and short balls in the packet, I just matched them for size with the Align balls I was removing and they were all equal.

With all due respect I haven't installed them wrong.

You must have a different batch to me then as the long balls in my Quick kit are slightly longer than the long standard balls.
