How long are you getting on a full tank approx ????? The reason i ask is i'm only getting approx 6 mins hovering , i have 8 tanks through her now and only 2 clicks over 1 turn out does this sound right ????

Ps using dx6i without governor because i waiting for dx7se arrival in shops here

Maybe you have the head speed a bit high. The needle doesn't sound rich, but they are all a bit different.
the trex600 flights are quite short, the tank is small. I have a header on mine so I can aerobat until the main tank is almost empty.
I reckon the 600 will do about 6 mins of heavily loaded flying. Fast forward it will use a bit less fuel than hovering, but if you are doing a lot of heavy stuff like tick tocks then it will use more.
Anyone would think align started with electric helis and think that is how long they should fly
The knight 3D tank is a lot bigger and it will fly at least 50% longer.

I got about 10 minutes of hovering and circuits.
That is with the governor running at 1880 rpm.
Still running in the engine quite rich on 15% Nitro.

I get 8 mins, needle is less than 3/4 turn out.

As for the DX7SE, they are now available.
Had a play with one today.
