That would be a separate article as it's not always necessary (invariably not) to do both at the same time.
That said, I sent a mate the following (below) just recently which you might find useful.
When I need to change the liner on mine I'll be sure to take pics and write it up properly.
Cheers,
Rob

Remove all of the existing liner from the bell - back to metal all around and zero debris remaining of the old liner - it's imperitive this is absolutely clean. Use sand paper etc to get it cleaned right back to the bell.
If the liner isn't cut to perfect length, you'll need to do that manually.
Dry fit it to check - you make a kind of W shape with the liner to feed it halfway around inside the bell and get the ends to meet, and then "pop" the other half into place by flattening out themiddle of the W shape.
Once you know it's a good tight fit with no gap between the ends - crack on with the glueing...
Preparation...
Get a carrier bag and put your clutch inside it in a way that will let you insert the clutch (still inside the bag) into the bell after the liner is fitted - this will keep the liner pressed against the sides of the bell. You can also use a couple of wraps around the outside of the clutch with electrical tape - I find the bag easier.
Use 30 minute epoxy and coat the new liner with a very thin layer - you don't want it leaking everywhere, but enough to make full contact between liner and bell all the way around.
Try not to get any glue leaking into the bell - when you push the clutch (in the bag) into the bell it could end up sticking!
After the liner has started to go off (test the epoxy you mixed on a piece of card with a toothpick or whatever - if it's gone hard, carry on) remove the clutch (in the bag still) and leave the bell to finish curing for a while (test the mix to judge timescales for curing).
If the liner depth needs trimming (if it hangs down below the lower edge of the bell) take a very sharp knife and cut it flush with the bottom of the bell. Go from the inside of the bell outwards so as to not tear the liner, or pull it away from the bell. If the epoxy has cured, it's unlikely to happen anyway, but better safe than sorry!
I am pleased you put that on the public forum rob, I was feeling guilty with the ammount of time you had put onto it, especially as I never ended changing the liner ! Thanks for letting me pick your brains so much, these Heli's can be challenging when they go wrong! Personally I owe alot to all the experienced members on RCHA Rob, Aid, Ash, Trevor to name but a few. They have all helped me so much over the last year or so. The help and support we all get from those Heli gods is invalable to us normal people ! thanks again Rob and all you others, you know who you are!

Very well said and I owe the same thanks.
Without the experienced members most of us would be scratching our heads half the time.
