MY white ones are buggered, so i have put the black ones in.

Gonna fly tomorrow. What difference will i notice? Does it make a big difference? Will I have to up the head speed?

The greys you had are very soft. Align brought out a replacement set that includes a plastic sleeve that sits in the headblock with Black 90 duro rubbers (hard)..stock blacks I think are still 80 duro.

The spindle is a sliding fit in the sleeve. The sleeve limits the spindles travel under load greatly extending the Dampners lifespan.the sleeve can be used/added with them all

The harder dampning gives the model a sharper feel to inputs..the downside is at low head speeds some wobbling may be apparent..H/S above 1750/1800 usually sorts it.

Thanks Barny, i've gotten a wobble after a rebuild and fitted the black dampers. Its only when i'm off throttle when in normal mode, but on idle up at 85% throttle, it doesn't happen so i reckon you hit the nail on the head. That'll save me lots of head scratching and time wasted trying to find an out of kilter component.

I recommend the K&B replacement dampers from www.sportsmoto.co.uk.
My 600n does not have the sleeve upgrade. I fitted the K&B yellows last March and they are still going strong.
A lot of folks go straight for the orange which is the hardest, but my heli flies great on the yellows and it can stooge about at a lower head speed too without wobbling.
