    Those LiPos look BIG.
It is going to turn out very costly to get that thing in the air.
    700N kit + conversion + LIPO + motor +esc.

Yep agreed, I like electric helis very much but the cost of getting this in the air will be heavy..

Not if you already have a 600 e as two of those batteries will fly this, the Heli kit, motor, esc and frame conversion set can total around £850-900 dependant on what you choose to fit, in re the motor and esc, cheaper if you sell all the bits you remove to a fellow 700 nitro flier

        2 x EVOlites 5350Mah would be ideal.

at £350 for two 5350mAh lipo's for ONE flight and then re charge....damn expensive if you want more than 1 flight at a time over £1,000 for the 6 batteries needed for 3 flights before a re charge, ok if you're rich like you lol, but a bit pricey for us mere mortals

£1,000 buys a lot of nitro

Yes expensive if you need to buy them ..... BUT if you have a serious 600E flyer you - more than likely have them ALREADY . There are other E helis like the Heinslet3D etc that are equally expensive if not MORE, for some this can be an ecconomical alternative to a slimy oily nitro!

PS ME wealthy! - when all you modellers drive such a hard bargain

PPS - £350 buys you 12-15 gallons ish, buying lipos is just buying all your fuel in advance... but never running out.

I'm a guy and so don't mind oily slimmy things lol

Batteries run out too (they don't last for ever) and also have to be charged from the mains, costs more money lol

god I wish electricity was free and never ran out

needs a better vid to show if this thing has any guts......lots of full pitch climb outs really don't give much feel for it, needs some nice low tic tocs, four pointers that sort of thing, or a big ben.

TBH it sounded to be bogging slightly in the video (Maybe too much pitch) but I think a new Scorpion motor and esc in the 600e would be money better spent.

                    Just my opinion of course.

I can't see 90 size elecs being a viable option myself, not unless the lipos are really going to start dropping in price, but they still haven't yet

I can see that it will appeal to someone who maybe already had a 600E and so has the packs to pair up for it.

Also we may find more restrictions on Nitro sites due to noise mainly where electric is the only viable option, there are a couple of field local to me like this.

I am happy as it stands to stick to 50/90 nitros and 500 and 600 for electric,i am not planning long term to keep a 600E unless there is a big improvement in lipos for duration and at a lower price. The 500 is an ideal size for me personally.
