folks, little tip for those running a fuel magnet that might save some hassle.
my foam started to break up so i was dreading getting that tank out. i tried to remove it but it's not moving. i contemplated taking the engine out etc but what a pain that is.
so i popped open the spare bung, put an allen key round the fuel line and pulled it out. the fuel magnet popped out the spare hole nicely. i put some water in and rinsed tank out of any debris. i was getting some weird looks from mrs when she walked in and i have my 700 upside down over sink letting the water come out the spare bung hole i tell ye.
anyway, popped on new magnet and returned the bung.....job done.
was dreading this job but is only 5 mins.
cheers
