600e ESC

Hi Folks

A hypothetical question if I may.

If someone was to go 8s on a Trex 600e what is the most reliable ESC partnered with a Scorpion 4025 motor?

Having scoured the web, it seams that Castle Creation seem to have a reputation regarding catching fire, is this true?

How do the Jeti ESC's fair?

What about the HiModel 100A one which is basically the Pentium fitted to the Knight 600e?

Just looking on behalf of a friend and would like some advice from the Electrickery people.

Was in Fastlads yesterday and Jamie was telling me there was a new Scorpion motor being released in the next two weeks for the 600e.

It certainly needs something to liven it up a little, The stock motor is pretty poor for power IMO.

Kontronnik jazz 55-10-32- Amazing in mode 4 gov, runs a tad hot though sorted with a heat sink though, just a shame the new Jive HV is having a hard time- a few problems reported. I'll try one once the problems get sorted but the price is a tad steep...

For real power try the 4035

You don't happen to know if Scorpion are going to release an ESC to partner these motor's for 8s?

I call in at Fastlads every week so will ask Jamie early next week unless you ring him first Mark..

I certainly fancy the Scorpion as it transformed my T-Rex 500 with the 1900kv motor I stuck in that using 6s..
