the 700 is a great heli for the masses who want 90's on good 50 budgets.

i'll keep plugging away at my problems with the 700 and it will get there. i have not flown my synergy since i got the 700 but more out of i want to fix it than anything else.

anyways, the bottom line is....fly what the hell you like.

    cheers

p.s align PLEASE hurry up and release fan hubs so i can fix my vibe problem.

this thread has been a good one..really cool....hey lads i was thinking of modern day helicopters and thinking of all the little niggles we have//and then i remember my futura se i never had a big problem, the only problem i had was the starter cup wearing..so i used a nornal starter shaft(not a ball 1)and it never done anything to it again...so solid
cheers guys..have any of you had a good heli a few years ago

i havnt experienced any of the vibe issues talk about on the synergy, I fitted a hyper hub from new and its certainly the most accurate model i have flown.

the kasama head is very nice, But im pretty sure that if you fitted a 4mm flybar to the synergy head it would be very close as there isnt actually much difference in the geometry. The main difference being the flybar control arms are shorter giving more flybar twist when cyclic is applied.

I have flown trev's 700n a few times and it just doesnt come close to the accuracy of the synergy. Trev flew the synergy last week and i took great pleasure in denying him another flight. I wanted to fly it!!!

N9 was a pig to build and a pig to get the abnormal vibes out.
the 700 joy to build and the vibes are what I expect from a 90.

flying wise the 700 feels so much better than the n9 ever did.

I felt comfatable with the first I took it out and was ragging it around

For me the 700n flys so much better its a no brainer for me

I also agree with Edders and you James, The 700 is a pleasure to build and when I stick it in I think it will be a pleasure to rebuild (this might be the key). I've not owned an N9 so can't really comment about any of it's possible issues however whenever I look at the 700n it inspires me with so much confidence I can't help but throw it around.

Only gutted I'm away with work today and can't burn some more fuel with it

              Cheers
              Cheers Matt

I agree, Stefan will love it, things have moved on, a 90 that is nearly as agile as a 50 but holds in the air so well.
