well, i seem to be jinxed with 90 size helis and specifically the clutch assy. the synergys were a world of pain but atleast fixable with a lot of playing. i'm having the same problems with the 700 and i can't fix it. i will need to see about new parts to solve this and i highly doubt i can get one of them yet. (fan hub)
anyways, i have uploaded a couple of videos (sorry about quality but took with phone). so people know the dial gauge is 0.01mm incremets and a division is 0.10mm, or about 4 thou for those of us old school
first up is the top of the hub (3.6 thou)

second up is the bottom of the hub (pretty much bang on, weird considering the top is so far off. btw the inside of the hub is 2 thou but no video.

thirdly is with the clutch attached, this one is the inner ring on the clutch (4 thou)

last one is the inside of the clutch and very close to the one way bearing (4.5 thou touching 5)

why o why do align never learn. my 700 is 3 gallons old now and i've already replaced the main mast bearings as very notchy and the dampers were changed 1/2 gallon ago....now this nonsense. come on align, sort it out.
cheers
