  • 700 fuel tank and muffler gap

I have noticed that the Gap between the tank and muffler is very small- I mean 2-3 mm. The muffler actually touches the boom support screw at the back of the frame? I'm running an Hattori muffler, like the one on the back of the build manual.

      Hi

The Hatori 939 muffler has plenty of clearence, I think some of the older ones had a shorter stubb inlet/header section.
Hatori have made 90 sized mufflers which look at first look the same for maybe 5 years but there are differences in both sizes and performance.

      Cheers
