The phasing on mine was lost (and still is to be honest) after about 100 flights. The washout guide pins have worn slightly, and the washout base also.
I replaced the washout base and it got better, but it isn't like it was when it was new (flew dead straight!). I plan to try replacing the washout guide pins next to see if that sorts it.

When new, there is almost no rotational movement on the washout assembly.
      Cheers,

could be an asortment of things.... remember what i said about those servos?

pop the links off and feel them(power off) see if there's any notchiness wiggle the cyclic(on the ground)and see if there behaving
            isnt mark gonna be there?

Servos appear to be behaving, left stick corrected it fine. pmpl marks not touching my 500 again, im not giving him chance to break it

There is some play in the washout base to pins, would it be this? assuming this is the hub with 2 slots for the pins to sit in, and its the bottom part with the rotational play... hmmm seems like things are going to wear out before i get good at flying it!

When you say "Banking to the right" is this in forward flight or in the hover.

All helis bank to the right due to the drive/rotation that pitches them that way even in the hover.

                  Well done Tim.

This never crossed my mind as to the nature of the problem

As Tim says it's normal behaviour

the heli does sit slightly banked to the right i know, always has done, so left stick on take off, but, today it started flying to the right, as if i had been putting trim in...

Well , better point out, ive been adding back elevator trim to counter a nose down dive for a few flights now, and just went through a few things on the fone with lee, it appears i have play in a few components, mainly the servo output shafts and washout base, which would explain the wandery behaviour... sometimes i can trim it, and by the end of the lipo ive trimmed it out again to centre. Will get it looked at before spending out on new servos though
