You need flash 9 and a 2MB connection to watch it without any stuttering in the video as it's streamed at 2000kbps due to the HD resolution.

Please let me know how you get on with watching the video as I'm using completely new software to deliver this video in HD over h264 streaming.
I know it didn't compress that well, I'm not used to working with video from someone else's cam that's encoded differently.

Worked for me. It didnt seem to buffer properly though - instead of part downloading and then starting playing - it waited till the whole movie was downloaded and then played the whole thing? Fast though, only took about 15 secs to download.

it's not a progressive download, the bar shows you the buffer filling before it plays. So it only takes about 15 seconds (or less) to buffer and then starts playing.

for those it isn't playing for you must have flash 9 installed, anything less and it won't play.
I will be putting some checking code in so if you haven't got the latest flash player it tells you.

Although it seems to be playing and streaming, it seems quite jerky at the same time.

Richie, it's streaming at HD resolution (2000kbps), so you need a big fat connection to be able to view it without jitters. Must of my stuff is usually a lot smaller and only requires 512kbps to view.

I did this one HD as I wanted to get a view on how well it delivers to a diverse group of people on different broadband connections. Usually I can do HD at only 1200kbps but the video was from Edders camera and it just would not compress as nicely as my own camera, so I had to push the stream up significantly to keep the quality.

for those who can't view it (and want to), I'm just doing a 512kbps flash version, which should be a lot easier on your broadband
