T-Rex 600 n sport tail belt tension HELP!!!

Can anybody tell me how tight the tail belt should be please ???

Tension it so that when you press a blunt tool against one side of the belt it takes some force to make it touch the other side of the belt.
Not too tight (requiring lots of force to make the belt sides touch) and not too loose (requiring very little force).
Make sure the tool you use will not puncture or otherwise cut the belt.
I use the handle of a thin tool which has a flat plastic end on it
