Paul I had an old set of 95mm V-Paddles (raptor 90 & Dyna -X) and they were slow...They looked to be made from a fullsize V-blades and had a thick/blunt airfoil.

Another chappie up her has a brand spanking Aurorra with new set of V's on it and the airfoil seems much thinner than I remember..much closer to the Align 600 carbon paddles in profile..so maybe thats where the difference is

barney, i will have a play with different paddles and see how i fair. i just ordered another engine last night for the heli as i robbed the engine from one of the synergys to try and as you prolly seen at the 3d day it's losing its edge.
