  • Nitro Pro & Wildcat 20%

    Guys

Been flying my 600 nitro pro using Wildcat 20% (usually use 30%) and starting to push things more with some mild 3D. Anyway, tonight I found the head bogged alot doing flips, big loops and especially during hard climb outs (especially inverted). Just seemed to lack power and bogged down far too easily IMO.

Could this be down to the 20% nitro? I've been trying to manage my collective/cyclic inputs but I feel the heli could have more power. I'm running +/- 11 degrees with an OS Hyper, MP5 and Align blades with 2100 head speed. Just for info I have Magnum 30% coming again on Monday.

        Update:

Changed back to Magnum 30 as my delivery arrived today from Fast Lad. All I can say is WOW!!!!! Using Wildcat 20% my 600 bogged in hard climb outs and flips etc and didnt have the feel I know it should have. Ran a tank of Magnum 30 through it tonight and the thing turned into an animal!! It was so much more powerful and responsive to collective/cyclic inputs I actually nearly binned it!!! I can honestly say I never thought fuel could make such a difference. Awesome. Only down side was a suspected bearing failure on my Hyper as there is a suspicious rumble coming from the engine area.
