Problem getting bolt in to secure main gears

Hi all

I am having serious issues getting the bolt in to secure the main gears to the main shaft. It goes through the main shaft and gears when you try them seperately fine. When doing them together, it gets about half way thorugh and then refuses to go any further.

Any tips on what to do?

have you tried screwing the bolt through? Also make sure the one way bearing sleeve is aligned correctly.

Yeah, tried that, still no joy. Spent a good hour last night trying everything but no joy. Just seems weird that it fits through both seperately but won't go through both together.
