It looked excellent with the supplied adonised arms that came with the Hitecs but as Trevor said, "The heli flying great is better than it looking great"

    How true.

Will be interesting to hear how much of an improvement it makes to Martin's heli when he gets it done.

Takes a while Martin but well worth it IMO.

I'm giving some serious thought into buying the 700. The Fury Extreme I have is very nice but the cost of a crash is a worrying thought and if Align's spares prices are in line with their other helis, then it's likely to be the cheapest 90 to crash. It's a pity it won't be cheaper on fuel too

The videos around look very good but to be honest, with the flyers Align employ to design & throw them around, the videos will always look good, even if the heli is an average performer. The sad fact is that I'm not a good enough flyer to use all the available performance anyway

Tweeked the set up on my 500 on rebuild and got it better than it was before, adjusted the rods to get the pitch angles right and flys alot smoother. Like the idea of tightning the spring up, will give that a go to try to cut down my non intentional movements, don't want to go down the expo route, or maybe try to fly thumb and finger instead.
As for the 700, i think that will be my next purchase, but not for a while, impending house move will use up all my money and i can't see being able to afford one untill the end of the year, but we will see.
