Well i was thinking quite some time about what 90 electric i was going to get moving forward into 2013, was going to add anothe trex so i had similar machines for comp work, but after having a long hard look at the rush, i decided to give one a go not really sure if it was the right choice or not.
The build went really well and was impressed by the quality of the kit and all went together problem free, the only 2 things i was not keen on was the fbl posn as i was running a ar7200bx and with it hidden away makes it difficult for adjustments and the battery locns i was also not to keen on.
Anyway the heli had its first test last weekend on a late friday afternoon hoping to get out the weekend but weather ruined that, so today was its first proper flying session.
All i can say was WOW, this machine really rocks, i do have to say that some of that has to be atributed to the scorpion ultimate motor that has so much horse power you can just really push it.
It is a big machine in the air but i like that, and the canopy even though i am not so sure on the stock colours shows up well and has grown on me.
So if anyone is thinking of a 90 size electric and doesnt want to go for the run of the mill 700e, really give one of these a serious thinking, and just to say i have no association with climbout, this is my own personnal opinion
