Today i had three more flights; Rail 696 were on, i tweaked bank 2 adding a lot of collective precomp (now is 43), agility was rised to 100, 4 minutes at 2100 rpm.
It's so quiet, smooth, precise; a little less aggressive on collective due the blades, but it's fast and stable in forward flight.
I was still gentle during flight, carefully touching sticks just to know more the heli's reactions. Max power output was 7500W and 4000mAh batteries still have 35% of charge inside after 4 minutes.
A very good performance overall, in next days i will try to push it a little more and, when not alone at the field, make a couple of videos.

Today i rised the tx curve to 65% obtaining 2200 rpm. With other motors often happens that this value is a little too high and the PWM stays at 100% even in low load conditions.


Mauro did a monster, so look at graph: PWM reached 100% only for a very limited period so the governor lost only 100-120 rpm while the motor was pushing over 7,5KW..


I also raised a little the slider of collective, not properly because i need more pitch, rather because i had better feeling with sticks movement..

Today i was not alone at the field



I'm still working on settings, trying to get same confidence that i have with my 7HV.
I've also changed the servo wheels; previously i mounted MKS four-leaf clover style servo arms but, in those ball links were positioned to 10mm instead 12mm as per manual.
Now a set of Align's metal wheels gives me proper measurements.

i had a couple of flights today, but i wasn't too much in the mood..
