Pinion for rRush

Hi,

I've just bought a Rush kit and I'm about to begin the build, however I also, (rather embarrassingly) bought a new 800mx 520kv motor to put in the model but it has an 8mm shaft. I didn't realise this until it arrived and I can't send it back. The only pinion I can find that has 12 teeth and an 8mm bore with slant cut gearing is for the Thunder Tiger E820 before I order this pinion to use I wondered if anyone knows if it will fit. I can't find any dimensions for either the length or the mod size of the e820 pinion. I can replace the shaft in the motor as I do have access to a hydraulic press but if I can find an alternative pinion that will fit this would be a lot easier. Any help/advice greatly received.

Unfortunately Ian, I do not know for sure. If it is MOD 1, it should work, but that is no guarantee because of the slant angle. We have only used Align MOD 1 pinions when we wanted something other than 12 teeth.
