Yes i have the kit, very nice even got a carbon wrapped boom, there are a few things to be careful of before purchasing one though, the max headspeed reccomended is 1900rpm, make sure your kv motor works with your esc to acheive this, there is only a 12t pinion, you can use the Align 550 11t slant pinion but must be very careful with the mesh or the align 600 13t Pinion, from what i understand the 450kv motor works very well with the 12 or 13t pinions, i'm going for this motor Scorpion HK5020 450KV - ClimbOut Limited with a Kosmik so at 80% should give me 1898rpm which is perfect.
Also they suggest you use the new upgraded one way bearing, down side is its £71.99.
      Hope this helps

Glad to see that others are still flying the Rush. Awesome and underrated kit. I'm keeping mine as a 700, scary big as it is.

          Hi Guys,

First a clarification on the pinion. I would not recommend using an 11-tooth pinion, at all. The diameter of the gear makes it nearly impossible to get a mesh that can stand up to the force 750mm or larger blades can produce.

Second, the original OWA is okay to use with the Extension Kit. It will cause no problems. The only concern I would have is wear on the bearing prior to conversion. The new style OWA was manufactured to reduce cost to our family members.

I'm happy y'all are still with us in the UK! We're going to come out with a lot of new stuff starting in spring of 2014. We want you all to be there with us!

Certainly gives me something to think about m8, a couple of possible additional costs that I didn't consider. Still only considering it to be honest.

I'm running a CC 160HV with 4525-520 Ultimate, just need to check existing pinion size. I'll certainly bear in mind max HS of 1900 with the larger blades!

              Hi Ben

Was reading your post yesterday regarding the Goblin Speed, be interested to hear how you rate it, should you get one! Certainly like the look of it myself.

Hopefully the TDR will be amused in 2014! Still to maiden though, because of the weather...

Absolutely awesome heli m8 and to be honest may just consider keeping it as a 700 as you said m8. But its definately a favourite of mine.

                  Thanks Scott

I'll be certainly looking forward to continue flying my 750 with or without the stretch kit. Cheers for clarifying a few things, gives me something to consider for the new year.

The Rush is a great heli and looks to match.

If I still had mine I would defo have this extension kit.

Here's a pic of my Rush Stretch. Prob talking dirty as it uses an Align 800 backend. Running 12s, 440kv with 12t pinion, Align 780's and 115 tails. Flies great first flights with it today. It was a bit cold but 5 mins for 2800mah and really gets a move on. Light machine at smidge under 12lbs ready to fly.

On the face of it I am it's very early days in the flying department. Cnc work is nice, solid frame set, great head layout and chunky. One way is nice and free with helical main gear, nice swash servo layout and pins for easy setup. Canopy looks good, stock mounting seems a little unsecure for me just fitted thumb screws on the back. Mounting packs easy, very nice layout for esc and FBL unit keep wires short. I bought mine used and glad I did, it's done a lot of work but still tight which is testament to its durability.

Never had an outrage to compare it to. The quality is good and nice materials.
