i will also vouch for the quality of the kit and the fact that it has been VERY well designed and thought out and it is utterly matched by a great support team. There are a few teething problems such as a minor blip in spares availability but this is a new company and to be honest, I am very impressed at the lack of teething problems as a whole. My Rush has been nothing but first class from the second the box rocked up on my door. When you throw in the price of this kit then this really is a ground breaker (in more ways than one because it is as tough as my old Challenger tank!)

I'll vouch for it being tough.
I tried to bend the frames after I put them together and couldn't.
There's 12mm of carbon fiber there plus supports. It is truly a tank that flies like an eagle!
I just want to thank everyone for such a warm welcome!
As far as the screw failure being "just one of those things", I imagine that's what it is, too. As Todd said, this is the first time we've heard of a grip being thrown. It was quite shocking to me, actually. I think that's why I jumped on the 6mm vs 8mm thing as that is literally the only thing that I was sure would eventually throw a grip. I'm with Todd, though. If you have high res pictures of the bolt, I may be able to get the picture analyzed. While the analysis won't be as good as one with the bolt in possession, it may ease concerns to some degree.
In the meantime, let's all be safe out there!
