Once you get to a certain level the amount of skill required by both is about the same, although the main difference is helis can go any direction....Originally posted by kamikaze View PostWill be trying one this week. I would agree, although they are alot easier to get the basics, ive also found most people that fly helis have very little problems flying them around, landingsand takoffs are the only usual problem areasAll the best

I have to admit I've not flown my planks since I've started flying helis. Just not the same challenge... or buzz... or frustration...

I have two planks flown once twice but decided to stay with me heli'sToday's outlook is fine for flying.- Spektrum DX18 gen2, Phoenix Sims, Align MR25XP.
