I have emailed Pheonix support via the email address on their site and gave not heard anything back from them, does anyone gave a telephone number for them at all?

I sent an email to Phoenix and never received a response, however, this morning I sent an email to Climb Out and they got back to me straight away, send the lead to them and they will call me to take the service replacement payment and postage (about £21 in total) and send me another lead.

Many thanks to the guys at Climb Out my replacement lead arrived today and now my sim works again!
